Finnish Clinical Care Classification helps healthcare professionals

This document describes the Finnish National Nursing Documentation Model and the updated Finnish Care Classification system (FinCC) version 4.0. The purpose of this updated user’s guide is to provide nurses with guidance on entering data on the daily care given to a patient in the electronic patient record in accordance with the decision-making process model using the FinCC.
